The staff were friendly and helpful. i needed assistance with directions and they were very informative. the complimentary coffee and muffins in the morning were a nice touch. They were available until 11 am. i also appreciated the free water dispenser with options for cold, hot, and sparkling water.
The bathroom lighting was quite dim, it was hard to see properly. the walls seemed thin, i could hear noises from other rooms. the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep sometimes. Especially when people were walking in the corridor.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern and tidy! I liked the garden area where I could enjoy my morning coffee. The water filter in the lounge area was convenient for refilling my water bottles.
The bathroom was very dark and lacked proper light. Everything looked old and used. I could hear every sound from other guests on the same floor. The sound isolation was poor!

The location is amazing. It allowed easy access to many attractions on foot. The staff was very helpful. I appreciated their willingness to provide guidance.
The air conditioning was not working properly. Water dripped into the room. noise insulation in the rooms was poor. I could hear a lot of outside noise.
