pleasant stay
helpful customer service smooth process central location
i appreciated the 24/7 customer service, it was very helpful. the check-in and check-out process was smooth. i liked that the hotel is close to major locations, yet not directly on the main street.

The staff were friendly and helpful. i needed assistance with directions and they were very informative. the complimentary coffee and muffins in the morning were a nice touch. They were available until 11 am. i also appreciated the free water dispenser with options for cold, hot, and sparkling water.
The bathroom lighting was quite dim, it was hard to see properly. the walls seemed thin, i could hear noises from other rooms. the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep sometimes. Especially when people were walking in the corridor.

amazing location helpful staff poor insulation non-functional air conditioning
The location is amazing. It allowed easy access to many attractions on foot. The staff was very helpful. I appreciated their willingness to provide guidance.
The air conditioning was not working properly. Water dripped into the room. noise insulation in the rooms was poor. I could hear a lot of outside noise.
